Hver erum við
Norconsult ehf varð til árið 2017, eftir að fyrirtækið ARA Engineering sameinaðist Norconsult AS.
ARA Engineering var stofnað árið 2009 og var þá sérhæft í hönnun á raforkumannvirkjum.
Kjarnasvið okkar á íslandi, hönnun háspennulína, raffræðileg greining flutningskerfa og greining-, og hönnun sjálfstýrisbúnaðar, samanstendur af reynslumiklum starfsmönnum og ungu hæfileikaríku starfsfólki sem hlakkar til að takast á við hin ýmsu verkefni sem leysa þarf á Norðurlöndum og víðar. Áralöng sérfræðiþekking starfsmanna okkar ásamt nýjungum sem fylgja ungu fólki, gerir okkur kleift að veita viðskiptavinum okkar hnitmiðaðar lausnir og ráðgjöf. Við leggjum áherslu á að vinna verkefnin í náinni samvinnu við viðskiptavini okkar með það fyrir augum að hámarka gæði og árangur.

Þorgeir er framkvæmdastjóri Norconsult ehf. Þorgeir hefur unnið hjá Norconsult í yfir 10 ár og hefur yfirgripsmikla þekkingu af háspennulínuhönnun ásamt hönnun á annarskonar burðarvirkjum.

Birna er skrifstofustjóri Norconsult á Íslandi og sér um bókhald og reikningagerð.
CEO and President, Egil Hogna
Egil Hogna took over as CEO of Norconsult in December 2020. From 2015, he was the CEO of Sapa, the world's largest supplier of solutions based on aluminium profiles, until Norsk Hydro acquired the company in 2017. The business was then integrated as Hydro's largest business area, which Hogna led from 2017 to 2020. From 2008 to 2015, Hogna was a member of the executive management team at Yara International, where he served as CFO and later as SVP and Head of Downstream. Earlier in his career, he held various positions at Norsk Hydro and McKinsey. Hogna holds a degree in Industrial Economics from NTNU, an MBA from INSEAD as well as leadership education from Harvard Business School.
EVP and CFO, Dag Fladby
Dag Fladby took over as CFO in February 2022. From 2016, he was the CFO of NRC Group ASA. Fladby has gained extensive experience from various businesses, including financial director at the Norwegian Defence Logistics Organisation, CFO of Holta Invest AS, investment director at Norwegian Property ASA as well as CEO and CFO of Scandinavian Beverage Group AS. Fladby has a Master’s degree in Business and Marketing from BI Norwegian Business School.
EVP Sustainability and staff, Janicke Garmann
Janicke Garmann has been the EVP for Sustainability and Staff since 2021. She joined Norconsult in 2004 and has since served as EVP for Regions, regional director for South-East, division director for environment and safety and department head environment. Garmann holds a Master of Science from the University of Newcastle upon Tyne as well as an Executive Master of Management from BI Norwegian Business School.
EVP Communication and Brand, Hege Njå Bjørkmann
Hege Njå Bjørkmann has been responsible for marketing and communication at Norconsult since 2015. Prior to that, she was the Executive Vice President Communications at Entra, one of Norway's leading real estate companies, which went public in 2014. She has extensive industry experience, with almost 10 years in a PR agency, including the last few years as a partner at Kreab Gavin Anderson. Njå Bjørkmann has also worked as a journalist for the Norwegian business magazine Kapital. She holds a degree in business administration (Siviløkonom) from the BI Norwegian Business School.
EVP Norway, Head office, Bård Hernes
Bård Sverre Hernes assumed the position as EVP for Norconsult’s head office in 2016. He joined Norconsult in 1986 and has experience from various leadership positions, including division director for information technology and CEO of subsidiary Norconsult Digital for 16 years. Hernes is chairman of the board of Norconsult’s subsidiaries Nordic Office of Architecture and Norconsult Digital. Hernes holds a degree in Civil Engineering from NTH, with further education in economics from BI Norwegian Business School.
EVP Norway, regions, Vegard Jacobsen
Vegard Jacobsen has been EVP for Regions since 2021. He has long management experience from Norconsult, including the role of director of the interior region and head of the Hamar office. Previously Jacobsen held the position as engineering director for the contractor Betonmast Selvaagbygg, and he got broad project experience from Norconsult’s head office. He was member of the board of Norconsult from 2015 to 2021. Jacobsen holds a Master of Science in Structural Engineering from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology.
EVP Sweden, Farah Al-Aieshy
Farah Al-Aieshy has been the EVP for Norconsult Sweden since November 2021. Prior to this, she was division manager for Sweco Management in Sweden and a member of Sweco's Swedish management group. She has also been responsible for infrastructure and transport in Sweco's Stockholm division. Al-Aieshy has a degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on roads and water from KTH Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm. Al-Aieshy began her professional career as a bridge engineer and road project manager at Grontmij and has since held leadership positions at WSP Sweden and Ramboll Sweden.
EVP Technogarden and Digitalisation, Kathrine Duun Moen
Kathrine Duun Moen is EVP for the market areas Technogarden and Digitalisation. She has experience from the telecommunications and energy industries, amongst others as responsible for business development and IT at Relacom and as Innovation Director at Statkraft. She also held a leadership position in the Norwegian Armed Forces where she was responsible for developing partnerships with the private sector to increase readiness capabilities in the Norwegian military. In addition, Duun Moen has many years of consulting experience from EY. She holds a degree in chemical engineering from NTH.
EVP Renewable Energy, Sten-Ole Nilsen
Sten-Ole has been the EVP for Renewable Energy since 2021. He joined Norconsult’s electrical division in 1997 and has previously served as director of the energy division, where he also had responsibility for Norconsult’s international operations outside the Nordic region. Nilsen worked at Jacobsen Elektro in Hokksund and Atlanten Elektro in Kristiansund prior to joining Norconsult. He holds a degree in Electrical Power Engineering from NTH.
EVP Denmark, Thomas Bolding Rasmussen
Thomas Bolding Rasmussen is the EVP for Norconsult in Denmark. He has previously served as director and member of the management team at Sweco Denmark and worked for the global industrial company Bombardier, including as CEO of Bombardier in Denmark, for ten years. Bolding Rasmussen holds a Master’s degree in Business Management.
